About the role
This role supports
electronics manufacturing
operations with a focus on
SMT process execution and optimization . The engineer will work across SMT production equipment, ensuring adherence to
IPC standards
and supporting manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize
SMT processes
including
Solder Paste Printing (MPM, Ekra) ,
SPI (Koh Young) ,
Component Placement (Mycronic, Fuji) ,
Reflow (BTU) ,
AOI (Koh Young) , and
X-Ray (Nordson, Omron)
Apply and ensure compliance with
IPC-A-610
and
J-STD-001
standards
Perform
soldering
and support
process optimization
within electronics manufacturing
Work with
Selective Soldering (ERSA) ,
Depaneling (G-Tech) , and
Press Fit equipment
Support
Conformal Coating (Nordson) ,
Underfill , and
Plasma Cleaning
processes
Utilize
Factory Logix (MES)
for manufacturing execution and tracking
Qualifications
3–5 years
of experience in
electronics manufacturing
Hands-on experience with
SMT equipment and processes
Knowledge of
IPC-A-610
and
J-STD-001
standards
Experience with
soldering
and
conformal coating processes
Familiarity with
Factory Logix (MES)
Engineering degree
