Maintenance Technicians
to support increased production demand.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include:
Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on various types of manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
Repairing or replacing failed components
Making necessary equipment adjustments to reduce downtime
Supporting overall equipment reliability and performance
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility
Temperature controlled
Well organized
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must-haves:
3 or more years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
Experience with 480-volt electrical systems is required.
Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Ideal Experience:
Industrial maintenance
Manufacturing maintenance
Mechanical and electrical technicians from any industrial environment
If you’re comfortable working on machines and handling both electrical and mechanical repairs, you’ll be a strong fit.
Training and Onboarding
You’ll begin by shadowing experienced technicians on your assigned shift
Training starts on day one and typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks then work independently.
