⚙️ We are seeking a
Machine Operator
to support high-speed packaging operations, working with carton forming and cartoning equipment that helps deliver products efficiently and safely.
Schedule & Training
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
☀️ Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for 3 weeks
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Compensation
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
What you’ll be doing
Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
Perform changeovers and machine adjustments (training provided)
️ Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support preventative maintenance
✔️ Ensure consistent product quality and minimize downtime
Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areas
Collaborate with teammates to maintain strong production flow
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in packaging, manufacturing, pharma, or similar high-speed production environments
Willingness to learn and work with machinery
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
➗ Basic math and computer skills
English fluency required;
Spanish fluency is a strong plus
