Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced

Product Review (Liaison) Engineer

to support production and in-service engineering activities. This role serves as a critical link between design engineering and manufacturing, ensuring product integrity, resolving non-conformances, and maintaining compliance with engineering standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving ability, and the experience needed to support complex aerospace manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions to product and process issues by applying engineering design principles
Perform analysis and root cause investigations for design non-conformances
Draft engineering dispositions and support resolution of production issues
Assist in preparing technical communications and documentation
Analyze fleet and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collect and evaluate customer findings to drive product/process enhancements
Support identification of deviations that may impact safety or design intent
Participate in

Material Review Boards (MRB)

and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore components to original strength capability

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution
Level 4 Experience Requirements: 9+ years with a Bachelor’s degree,

OR
7+ years with a Master’s degree,

OR
Relevant experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Hands-on problem-solving experience in a production setting
