- Experience overseeing multiple production lines
- Manufacturing background
- Can explain process improvements they have implemented on a production line
- 2 years of supervisor experience
- Highschool Diploma
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a production group leader for a large client in Wentzville, MO. You will be responsible for supervising the production line of the manufacturing plant. You will be supervising anywhere from 20-25 employees. Working closely with the maintenance team and making sure production schedules are met. You will be responsible for keeping timesheets for employees as well as implementing any process improvements as well as Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
