Overview
Hybrid
Technical Project Manager
role supporting the
Customer Experience Platform (CXP) . This is
not a traditional PM position —the role combines
program management, release management, business operations, and light business analysis . The person in this role is a key execution partner coordinating across engineering, product, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support
release management
(planning, readiness, dependencies, deployments)
Coordinate across
US and India teams
and multiple US time zones
Gather requirements , confirm testing, and release inputs
Track dependencies, changes, risks, and delivery status
Send
clear executive‑level updates
(status, releases, incidents) up to Director/VP level
Build
custom operational and release reports
Support incident/outage communications and emergency change requests
Partner with leadership to drive approvals and execution
Technical Expectations
Hands‑on coding not required, but must be
technically fluent
and able to:
Understand app,
Java ,
DB , and
AI‑related
changes
Review
logs, SQL outputs, Kibana dashboards , and support issue triage
Assess release impact and downstream dependencies
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years in
Technical PM, Release Manager, Business Ops, or hybrid roles
Experience with
release management in large enterprise environments
Strong written and verbal communication, especially
executive‑facing
Comfortable wearing multiple hats (PM + release + reporting + coordination)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience can substitute)
Nice to Have
