About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled React UI Developer to contribute to the evolution of a cross-asset position management platform used across credit and macro products.
This role focuses on modernizing and enhancing front-end architecture, including migration initiatives from legacy desktop technologies to web-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with a product-oriented mindset and experience delivering high-quality, scalable UI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop modern, high-performance user interfaces using React.
Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and promote scalable design patterns.
Participate in migration efforts from WPF-based applications to React web solutions.
Build interactive components to support cross-asset position monitoring and management.
Integrate third-party UI libraries (e.g., AG Grid) and optimize data-heavy interfaces.
Collaborate closely with backend developers, product teams, and end users.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
Proven background in UI architecture and scalable front-end design.
Experience migrating legacy desktop applications (e.g., WPF) to web-based frameworks.
Solid experience with data grid libraries such as AG Grid or similar tools.
Exposure to trading or position management systems across asset classes (credit, macro) is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Product-driven mindset with attention to user experience and performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit; experience in startup environments is a strong plus.
