FPC is recruiting a
Senior Project Manager
to lead high-impact manufacturing initiatives and post-acquisition integration for a growing engineered materials company. Want a PM role where you’re not just “tracking tasks,” but driving real operational change? This is an opportunity to turn strategy into execution, and lead complex, cross-functional work that touches plant operations, process improvement, and post‑acquisition integration.

Comp:
Target base $140K–$150K + bonus (details shared in conversation)
What you’ll lead
Deliver multiple projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget) across manufacturing operations and process optimization
Drive
manufacturing scale-up, continuous improvement , and technology integration initiatives
Lead
M&A integration
planning and post-close execution, including KPI tracking and stakeholder alignment
Identify risks early (including safety/regulatory considerations) and keep teams unblocked
Run governance cadence with leaders (project updates, steering alignment, documentation, lessons learned)
What they’re looking for
BS in Engineering (required)
PMP strongly preferred
7–10+ years of progressive project leadership in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading
post-acquisition integration
and/or major cross-functional transformations
Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes
Experience in innovative/R&D environments is a plus
Currently authorized to work in the United States; employer not sponsoring visas
