Farmers Insurance District 07 is seeking motivated Agency Producers / Insurance Sales Representatives to support local agency growth.
This role is focused on selling insurance products, building client relationships, following up with leads, and helping customers choose coverage that fits their needs. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable talking with people, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do
Quote and sell insurance products, including auto, home, life, and other personal lines products
Contact and follow up with leads, referrals, and prospects
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate products
Meet sales and activity goals
Use agency systems to track leads, quotes, and customer activity
Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Support agency growth through consistent production

Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
Insurance experience helpful but not required for the right candidate

Ability to work in a goal-driven environment
Comfortable learning systems, scripts, and sales processes
Property & Casualty license preferred
Life license is a plus
Willingness to obtain required licensing if not currently licensed
