Project Support Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a project support specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a 6 month contract opportunity for our utilities client based in Newark, NJ. This role is hybrid 3 days in office 2 days work from home. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Support end‑to‑end production of a diverse suite of B2B marketing assets, including paid media (e.g., display ads, video, email, sponsored content, SEM), collateral (e.g., flyers, banners), case studies, and website content.
Deliver strategic marketing insights and direction while actively supporting plan development and implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders from multiple business units, such as corporate communications, legal, and program functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Experience:
3 years in a marketing or related-industry environment.
Employment Type:
6+ month contract
Compensation:
$31.61-$33.79 per hour
