We’re partnering with a highly respected, community-focused financial institution seeking a
Vice President of Training & Development
to lead organizational development and learning initiatives across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing strategies that drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a strong, people-first culture.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and execute enterprise-wide training and leadership development strategies
Partner with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business goals
Build and scale comprehensive learning programs, including leadership and career development
Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and organizational impact
Oversee budgeting, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts
Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in training, organizational development, or related field
Proven leadership experience, ideally within a financial institution or regulated environment
Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence at the executive level
Experience building programs from the ground up (e.g., “university-style” training)
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Compensation:
$174K – $194K base (DOE) + comprehensive benefits package
