Tampa, FL (Remote – on-site at least once per month)

Job Summary
The
Income Annuities Operations Processor
is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of income annuity contracts. This role ensures annuity payments are processed accurately and on time, policy records are maintained in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and customer and internal partner inquiries are resolved efficiently. The processor plays a key role in supporting annuitants, beneficiaries, and business partners by delivering high-quality operational service.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily assigned income annuity transactions, including updates, payments, and maintenance requests such as address changes, bank changes, and beneficiary updates
Enter, update, and maintain annuity data accurately within internal systems
Work across multiple systems while following established procedures to complete assigned tasks
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), internal policies, and regulatory guidelines
Review and verify transaction accuracy to minimize errors and ensure timely processing
Support internal teams and respond to inquiries related to annuity transactions and records
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in annuity operations, insurance, financial services, or back-office processing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
