Role:
Sr Consultant – Organizational Design
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Peachtree Dunwoody Rd)
Duration:
Contract (with potential extension / conversion)
Pay Rate:
$92.59/hr - $110/hr (W2 + benefits)
What You’ll Do:
• Assess current organizational structures, roles, and processes
• Design future-state org models (reporting structures, spans of control, role clarity)
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align org design with talent strategy
• Support restructuring, transformation, and change management initiatives
• Develop transition plans and drive implementation
• Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of experience in organizational design / organizational development
• Strong understanding of org design principles, operating models, and business strategy
• Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale transformations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s required (Master’s preferred)
