We’re seeking an experienced Debug Technician to perform
advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics
on
server and data center hardware .
Key Highlights:
Diagnose complex issues in
multilayer PCBs , high-speed digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits
Use advanced tools:
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and diagnostic software
Perform
BGA rework and precision component repair
Conduct
root cause analysis
and support corrective actions
Read and interpret
schematics, PCB layouts, BIOS logs, and POST codes
Track failure trends and support
continuous improvement efforts
Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with engineering teams
Ideal Background:
3–5+ years of experience with
PCB board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics
Strong ability to diagnose and repair
multilayer circuit boards
in complex electronic systems
Experience working with
surface-mount components (SMT), BGA rework, and fine-pitch soldering
Proficient in using test equipment such as
oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
Ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
Experience identifying faults in
power circuits, signal paths, and board-level components
