Compensation:
$125k–$140k Base Salary + 15% Bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative
Manager of Business Systems
to lead the operations, roadmap, and continuous improvement of our core enterprise platforms, including
Salesforce, Sage Intacct, HubSpot, Certinia, and Vitally . You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Roadmap & Prioritization:
Own end-to-end prioritization and requirements gathering for core platforms (Salesforce Cloud/CPQ, Sage Intacct, etc.)
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations.
Agile Leadership:
Lead ceremonies including intake, sprint planning, and retrospectives while tracking team velocity and SLA metrics.
Change Management:
Design and govern release communications to ensure smooth rollouts.
Operations & Innovation:
Manage software licensing, vendor partnerships, and drive the adoption of AI and automation.
Requirements
