Client is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager with deep, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce.
They are currently in the midst of migrating from the old Salesforce platform to Service Cloud.
Highly visible
role working with Senior Leaders and Executives.
This person will be the one point of contact / leader of this migration. They’ll be responsible for all communication and direction, driving due dates and directing appropriate team members, resolving challenges and gathering updates for executive summaries. This person needs to have a presence and be comfortable owning the migration, leading conversations and direction.
The clients uses QuickBase, Jira and Confluence for project management. Someone with experience in any of these is a nice to have, not required.
Go Live Date is currently a moving target.
The Sr. Project Manager will partner with Technology and business leaders throughout the organization to deliver complex technology & non-technology business projects. Under minimum supervision, the Sr. Project Manager will lead multiple projects in collaboration with cross functional teams and senior executives across the organization from initiation through project completion. Responsibilities include planning and execution of assigned initiatives, developing and maintaining capacity plans and financial forecasts, managing risk and issues, and providing regular status reports. Responsibilities also include proactive identification and removal of impediments and fostering continuous improvement.
