Production Manager - Aseptic (Fort Collins)

A commercial pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring an Aseptic Production Manager to lead sterile manufacturing operations at its Windsor, CO site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day aseptic production, ensuring consistent batch execution, cGMP compliance, and on-time delivery of a flagship injectable product.

5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
3+ years leading production teams in aseptic or sterile environments
Experience supporting injectable drug products (e.g., syringes, vials, or combination systems)
Experience managing supervisors and operators across multiple shifts
Strong understanding of cGMPs, batch execution, and deviation/CAPA management
