Job Summary
As an

Executive Sous Chef at Datadog , you will play a key role in supporting successful culinary operations with a strong emphasis on

commissary and catering services . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑quality corporate dining environment.

This position offers a

Monday–Friday schedule , primarily daytime hours, with occasional evening catered events. Enjoy

Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute daily culinary operations, including

menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and service
Deliver

exceptional guest and client experiences

through high-quality food and presentation
Lead, train, and manage

a culinary team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and engagement
Partner with culinary and marketing teams to

roll out new culinary programs and concepts
Assist with

cost controls , including inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
Ensure compliance with

food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational success
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience , including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
Background in

fine dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or higher education food service
Strong knowledge of

food trends , production techniques, sanitation standards, food safety, cost controls, and presentation
Demonstrated

leadership, coaching, and team development

skills
ServSafe or Department of Health Certification

preferred
Proficiency with

MS Office , including Excel, and comfort using technology in daily operations
