Schedule for first three weeks:
Monday through Friday 3:30pm-12am
Open Schedules after first three weeks:
Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri, and Sat 11:30pm-8am and Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat 11:30pm-8am

Our firm is partnering with a leading, global logistics and transportation organization to hire an Associate Operations Coordinator. This role supports day-to-day freight operations and plays a key part in ensuring shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with customer expectations. The position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality operational support.
Job Description
The Associate Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing operational tasks with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role supports shipment execution from order creation through delivery and invoicing, while following established policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Provide shipment information to customers and internal partners
Create and manage orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time performance
Enter shipment events and complete invoicing tasks in operational systems
Monitor task boards and assigned email inboxes to respond to customer and carrier inquiries
Document shipment events using SOPs and on-the-job experience
Follow established escalation procedures and training guidelines when issues arise
Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure satisfaction
Validate and maintain accurate load data in systems according to company and customer standards
Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or country-specific requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (for select roles)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Prior experience requiring attention to detail and accuracy
