Job Overview
Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a skilled

Technical Service Engineer

to support technical service operations, installation, and customer-facing engineering support within high-tech and semiconductor-related environments. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, system integration assistance, and troubleshooting for equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
Support installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment, systems, and components
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve system or product failures
Assist with system integration, product validation, and performance optimization
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
Support Business Development team with technical expertise during client engagements
Document service activities, issues, and resolutions in technical reports
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
Participate in product training, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field)
1–5+ years of experience in technical service, field engineering, or similar role preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on technical ability
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial environments
Experience with equipment installation, system integration, or field service support
Multilingual abilities (Mandarin preferred, Spanish is a plus)
Work Environment
Combination of office, field, and customer site environments
May require local travel for installation and service support
