Senior Validation Engineer (Raleigh)

Ascent Consulting Group, Raleigh, NC, United States

Senior Validation Engineer

At

Ascent , we partner with some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world - businesses whose innovative technologies have the potential to drive meaningful change and tackle some of society's most significant challenges.

We are currently seeking a

Senior Validation Engineer

for our business partners at

Eupry

to play a pivotal part in their US validation team out of Raleigh, NC. Founded in Denmark in 2014, Eupry is redefining how leading life science companies validate, monitor, and document temperature and humidity. Through their Compliance as a Service model, Eupry replaces outdated legacy systems with a fully digital, IoT-driven approach, and is the first in the world to offer continuous temperature mapping.

With strong customer traction and accelerating growth across the US market, this is a rare opportunity to help scale Eupry's validation practice in North America — shaping both how the work gets done and what good looks like in an industry still relying on outdated, manual processes.

Why Join Us?
Make an Impact : You become a direct part of helping pharma clients raise the standard of their temperature validation and giving them the digital overview and audit-readiness that legacy systems can't deliver.
Build Together : Join a fast-paced and collaborative team in a modern Raleigh office, backed by a global organization approaching 100 employees. Curiosity and cross-functional problem-solving are part of the everyday rhythm.
Room to grow:

Eupry is scaling rapidly in the US, and this role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and a clear path for professional development as the team expands.

The Role:
Coordinate and oversee daily project activities concerning the validation and qualification of temperature-controlled units such as freezers and fridges, as well as warehouses.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing clear and thorough responses to ensure satisfaction.
Execute validation projects for clients, from smaller firms to major pharmaceutical companies, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Develop and draft qualification protocols and documentation in line with regulatory standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
Install data loggers on-site as required to facilitate temperature mapping.
Work closely with specialized teams and cross-functionally to ensure smooth project implementation and successful validation results.
Maintain constructive communication with clients during the validation process, providing timely updates and progress reports as necessary.

What we seek in you:
Validation Craftsmanship:

You master the technical foundation of temperature mapping and qualification. You know how to plan a study, place dataloggers thoughtfully, interpret the data, and translate it into documentation that stands up to scrutiny. You take pride in getting the details right.
Regulatory Fluency:

You master GxP documentation and pharmaceutical regulatory standards, not just as a checklist, but as a framework you can explain and defend in conversation with quality leads and auditors alike.
Consultative Advisory:

You master the art of being the company's face at the customer site. You ask the right questions during a visit, translate technical findings into clear recommendations, and follow up in writing in a way clients can use internally. You also recognize that strong advisory work is commercially valuable in itself: it deepens trust, surfaces new needs, and turns single engagements into long-term partnerships.
Project Ownership:

You master running your own projects from first customer contact to final report, prioritizing across parallel engagements, holding deadlines, and coordinating with specialists without losing the thread.
Entrepreneurial Mindset : We are entrepreneurs by heart, and the profile we seek thrives in a scaleup environment, motivated by the chance to shape both product, delivery, and culture from the ground up.

Practicalities:
Based in Eupry's modern Raleigh, NC office, with a fast-growing US team and strong backing from a global organisation approaching 100 employees.
Competitive total compensation paired with a comprehensive benefits package.
Travel up to 50% of the time, primarily domestic, with occasional trips to Europe.

We believe that diverse perspectives help us build better products with greater global potential. We welcome all who are interested to apply or reach out for a conversation.
