About the Role: The EHS&S Technical Writer will be responsible for developing Environment, Health, Safety, and Security standards, skill checks, self-assessments, job aids, and other technical documentation. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is clear, accurate, and consistent. This involves developing various forms of technical writing to ensure comprehension and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • Develo p and follow style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency • Present information in the clearest and most logical format for reader comprehension • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions • Meet with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure specialized topics are accurately addressed • Analyze information to develop or update policies, procedures, and forms • Review and copyedit content developed by other team members • Maintain and organize a document library • Gather and analyze SME input for new content development and modifications to existing ma terials Qualification: • Bachelors Degree Required Skills: • 1–2+ years of experience creating content for non-technical users (manuals, guides, instruction documents) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Ability to check technical material for consistency and accuracy • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to describe key activities as simple processes or flow diagrams • Attention to detail, record-keeping, and proofreading skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team • Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and metho ds Preferred Skills: • Experience with project management, including creating trackers and providing stakeholder updates • Experience in technical writing for EHS&S or compliance-related fields
