Inaugural Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director

Position Highlights:
* Exceptional leadership opportunity to develop and direct a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program
* Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and educators across Meritus Health's network.
* Balanced schedule with 70% administrative duties from day one, plus flexible clinical practice
* Academic appointment through affiliated institutions, with opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity.
* Engage in program development, ACGME accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives to shape a premier training program.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive guaranteed base salary around $400,000, plus bonus opportunities.
* Signing bonus starting at $25,000.
* Relocation allowance: $50,000 for candidates moving to Washington County
* CME allowance: $8,500 and 10 days of CME.
