Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
* Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
* 1+ years experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment
* Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols
* Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in consultation with a multidisciplinary team
* Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and potential side effects
* Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques
* Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on topics related to mental health and well-being
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support

Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
