This is a backfill opportunity tied to a highly productive provider, offering immediate access to a large, established patient base and strong procedural volume. Compensation:
$400K+ base salary
Additional earning potential tied to productivity
Practice Highlights:
$7M+ in annual collections generated by previous provider
27,000+ clinical visits and 700+ surgical procedures annually
Surgical volume primarily focused on laser procedures
Two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
Established MD/OD collaborative care model
