Customer Success Associate
to coordinate logistics, maintain high service standards, and manage deadlines under pressure.
What You’ll Do
Front-line exhibitor support via phone and email, resolving questions related to products, services, and orders
Communicate exhibitor needs to Operations Specialists and maintain workflow documentation
Enter exhibitor orders accurately, manage portal access, and oversee customer registration
Monitor service orders, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable; coordinate with Finance on payments
Audit exhibitor portals, price tables, and communications for accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent
Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We Offer
$55,000–$65,000 salary with competitive compensation
