What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
Lead a team of project managers responsible to deliver on time, large complex inload/specials projects.
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget.
Lead and coordinate technical change management, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders.
Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical projects activities.
Lead strategic inload governance’s and deliver reports for the various levels of the organization including risk management.
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation.
Ensure the right resources are available to meet projected workload delivery on quality, cost and schedule.
Lead, coach, develop, and assess employee.
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience.
You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with minimum of one (1) years in supervisory role.
You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
You possess creative, innovative capabilities and an ability to think strategically.
You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills.
You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership.
You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets.
You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
