Sales & Project Manager – Disaster Restoration
Lake Bluff, IL | Full-Time
Base: $60,000 – $120,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage multiple restoration projects from start to finish
Create and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines
Document jobs, secure approvals, and support the full job lifecycle
Participate in an on-call rotation as a first responder
What We’re Looking For
Background in sales, construction, estimating, or insurance adjusting
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Calm, compassionate approach in high-stress situations
Experience with CRM, estimating, or project management tools
Valid driver’s license
