Lab Operations Manager
Join us as our Lab Operations Manager. This role ensures the lab delivers best‑in‑class service, quality, compliance, and profitability while supporting brand growth and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
Production Leadership:
Driving efficiency, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring of laboratory technicians.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring adherence to optical, FDA, and HIPAA regulations and managing laboratory equipment / quality control protocols.
Operational Management:
Monitoring inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety protocols to ensure timely delivery of products; collaborating with Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Qualifications
ABOC certification or Licensed Optician required.
Experience in optical manufacturing or Rx lab environments, including multi‑level leadership responsibility.
