Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Receiver
to join our growing team. This position is for our
location in Victor Idaho. In this role you'll be responsible for ensuring incoming shipments are accurate, properly documented, and prepared for the yard and store. You will be the point person for receiving goods, verifying quantities, completing inspections, and updating the inventory system so that operations move smoothly and customers receive what they expect.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and unload deliveries, verify packing lists against purchase orders and shipment contents.
Inspect incoming products for damage, discrepancies, or incorrect items; report and document any issues.
Accurately enter receipt data into the inventory or warehouse management system in a timely manner.
Organize and stage received items for quick transfer to the yard, sales floor, or storage areas.
Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and confirm delivery details.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area and follow established safety protocols.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy and data entry experience; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication; able to work cooperatively with team members and vendors.
Previous warehouse, stockroom, or receiving experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and move inventory items as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
