Electrical Assembly & Test Technician
to join our team and play a key role in building and testing high-performance electrical systems that matter.
In this role, you'll assemble and test
magnet system controllers, DC rectifiers, battery back-ups, and other critical electrical accessories , working from detailed schematics and blueprints. If you enjoy precision work, problem-solving, and seeing a product come to life from drawing to completion, this could be the role for you
What You'll Do
Interpret
electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
to perform complex wiring and assembly.
Assemble
controller and rectifier panels
using hand tools, electric, and pneumatic tools.
Test completed units using appropriate test equipment and
compare performance against design specifications .
Identify, communicate, and troubleshoot issues as they arise-keeping projects on schedule in a
time-sensitive, ever-changing product mix .
Safely operate equipment such as
forklifts, overhead cranes, hydraulic presses, air wrenches, and parts washers .
Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word, email) for documentation and communication.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent .
Proven
electrical assembly experience .
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
Comfortable using
meters, scales, and electrical measuring equipment .
Hands-on experience with a wide range of
hand tools and industrial equipment .
Willingness and ability to operate
forklifts and overhead cranes .
Basic computer proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and email .
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a changing production environment.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs. continuously and 100 lbs. occasionally Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours
