We rotate weekend shifts as needed, but are really looking for someone to reliably cover most weekends.About the role:Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARAMaintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.Be aware of the daily deals.Maintain a clean, professional appearance.Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.Maintain professionally during all customer interactions and service rushes.Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.Stock product on the sales wall.Experience/QualificationsSales/customer service REQUIREDOver 21 years old and can pass a background checkAuthorized to work in U.S.Knowledge of medical or recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plusBe able to maintain a balanced till.Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 20lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
