Working regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, youll focus on early intervention strategies and collaborate closely with other education professionals. Key Qualifications & Experience:Masters degree in Speech-Language PathologyHold (or in the process of obtaining) a State SLP licenseSLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomedExperience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with young childrenStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to adapt therapy plans and collaborate effectively with general/special education staff Role Responsibilities:Provide direct speech and language therapy to Pre-K through 2nd grade studentsManage a caseload of 50-60 children with diverse communication needsConduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progressCollaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize each childs successMaintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all school and professional regulationsOffer guidance and support for classroom teachers on communication strategies and accommodations This position provides the fulfillment of making an immediate difference in children’s lives while building strong partnerships within a dedicated educational community.
