Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting K-5th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming school environment near Milford, DE. This full-time opportunity allows you to work with two closely located sites, making your day-to-day transitions smooth and manageable. With a focus on students with autism, your specialized skills will play a crucial role in helping children achieve their communication goals and build confidence in the classroom. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid SLP license and SLP-CCC certification Previous experience working with children in a school-based setting Expertise in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel between two nearby school sites Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and individualized student growth

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5th grade students Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor and document student progress toward communication and academic goals Utilize evidence-based practices for supporting students with autism Participate in team meetings, educational planning, and student reviews
