Key Qualifications:Hold a valid Alabama SLP License (CCC required) and TCERT certificationPrior experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly valuedStrong commitment to evidence-based practice in speech-language therapyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teamsAbility to adapt interventions based on student needs and preferencesComfortable with technology for documentation and virtual services (as needed)Open to discussing caseload and grade level preferences Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPsConduct assessments, develop goals, and track student progressCollaborate with educators, administrators, and families for optimal student outcomesComplete required documentation in a timely, compliant mannerAttend meetings and provide expertise as part of multidisciplinary teamsStay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school settings This position offers the chance to work onsite for the majority of the school year, with potential for virtual service provision as the year concludes.
