Electrician Associate
Hiring Immediately – Malvern, Arkansas.
Compensation
Pay Range: $25.48‑$31.85
Competitive starting pay based on experience and qualifications
Annual and skill‑based wage increases eligible
Monthly bonuses based on plant productivity
Available Shifts
7 pm – 7 am (rotates every 10 weeks)
7 am – 7 pm (rotates every 10 weeks)
Job Summary
Safely and effectively performs diagnostic testing and repairs on extensive electrical systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming and extrusion process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process, including trim presses, extruders, formers, and grinders.
Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensures housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean, and tidy.
Follows all company‑established rules and policies.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent; 3‑5 years related experience; 2‑year electrical technology degree; residential/commercial license preferred.
Knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical), and AC/DC drive systems.
Previous electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience; knowledge of PLCs required.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team; flexibility to work overtime and off‑shifts as needed.
