We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic school-based team supporting K–12 students with a wide range of academic and behavioral needs. This role blends consultation, training, evaluation, and direct behavioral support, making it ideal for a BCBA who thrives in collaborative educational environments.
Position Overview
The School-Based BCBA serves as a clinical educator and behavioral specialist, providing expertise to students, educators, and staff. This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting high-quality behavioral service delivery across school settings.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting both high-functioning students in general education classrooms and nonverbal students with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, aides, and school staff
Observe, assess, and support behavioral service delivery in classrooms
Serve as a clinical teacher, modeling best practices in applied behavior analysis
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Maintain documentation in accordance with professional, district, and regulatory standards

Compensation
Pay Rate: $65 per hour (local position)
Minimum Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field
School-based behavior analytic experience preferred
Minimum one (1) year of pediatric experience preferred
Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening and current health certificate per state or contract requirements
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
