Key Responsibilities
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to support our enterprise IT operations. The Help Desk Technician III must provide assistance to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system functionality.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s Degree in Arts or Science

Experience: 4+ years of related experience

Certifications: Security+CE, PWS 9.1

Clearance: Must possess Top Secret/SCI and be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph

Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required
