Position Overview

Responsibilities
Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Service customer‑owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
Maintain store‑owned gear as requested.
Complete warranty repair work.
Assist in maintenance of store inventory and provide ongoing support.
Identify opportunities and follow through on activities to improve service.
Participate in the GC certification program to gain product and sales understanding.
Train peers on repair techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
Customer‑focused, approachable, and committed to excellent service.
Proactive initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills for training and customer interaction.
