Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Manager for positions in Orlando and Kissimmee. The Project Manager will engage with clients, develop a complete project plan, assemble and manage a team of 3–4 professionals to successfully achieve the project’s goals, follow up with leads, use AutoCAD, and write proposals.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to develop a comprehensive project plan.
Assemble and manage a team of 3–4 professionals.
Lead project activities, ensuring goals are met.
Follow up with leads and write proposals.
Use AutoCAD for design tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience leading single-family, multifamily, or commercial civil projects.
Experience in design and consulting.
Degree and license in Civil Engineering.
Location & Work Conditions
On-site at the Orlando or Kissimmee office. The Project Manager will not travel to jobsites. Transportation allowance is provided.
