Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role‑specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Location
This role is based on‑site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2‑3 days per week on‑site.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will lead teams and data quality projects to deliver data solutions, and information insights and analytics to internal customers, field‑based and brand teams including therapeutic area management on the accuracy of HCP and HCO profile data, with specific focus on the impact of promotional strategies, tactics, data quality and systems performance.
Conduct ROI analyses for new vendor offerings and make recommendations to stay aligned with industry and regulatory trends associated with HCP and HCO data management. This role will manage and lead new projects and process changes to satisfy dynamic and shifting strategy requirements.
This individual will manage resources within own work stream and/or within the department to meet objectives and deadlines regarding data quality and compliance.
This role shall effectively identify and document data process maps, flows, and work instructions to improve validated customer master system data feeds used in prescriber profiling to augment business value.
This individual must recommend systematic, business rules and systems consulting insight around data quality to internal and field‑based consumers of Information Management data.
Ensures that corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld and performs all company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g. EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, SCIP, etc.) and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with four (4) years of related business experience or Master’s degree with two years’ experience or equivalent related work experience.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Four plus (4+) years’ experience in pharmaceutical or life‑science industry with a demonstrated knowledge of master data management, analytics and/or reporting for sales, marketing and/or managed‑market functions.
Demonstrated experience in managing people or processes within cross‑matrix organizations.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts with colleagues from multiple functional areas.
Demonstrated experience with Informatica MDM and Veeva systems.
This individual has expertise in analyzing large physician‑level databases, organized provider databases and vendor‑provided HCP profile data (IMS HCPS, IMS HCOS, ARP, MedPro SLN patient data, specialty pharmacy data, specialty de‑identified patient‑level data, AXIS, and Veeva CRM).
Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical customer data, CRM data, formulary data, syndicated IMS data, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience and deep familiarity with data stewardship and master data management processes.
