Position Overview

The Workforce Coordinator supports organizational workforce processes by coordinating employee transfers, hiring logistics, onboarding and maintaining accurate workforce data. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth, timely and efficient people operations. Location: Permian (Midland Office and Highway 80 Office).
What You Will Do

Coordinate employee transfers and maintain accurate organizational charts for field teams.
Schedule interviews and support hiring managers with candidate communication and logistics.
Maintain applicant‑tracking systems and ensure accurate hiring documentation.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including I‑9 completion and orientation coordination.
Serve as a primary contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring smooth first‑day and first‑week experiences.
Partner with operations, training and HR teams to support workforce continuity across sites.
Qualifications

1–3 years of HR, workforce coordination or operations support experience (oil‑and‑gas preferred).
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong working relationships.
Familiarity with compliance‑related hiring and onboarding requirements for the oil‑and‑gas industry.
