Description
Responsible for the observation of cardiac / hemodynamic monitors and patient activity on a video monitor if applicable. Reports any unusual activity to nurse or charge nurse. Documents according to unit policy.
Qualifications
Coursework/Training: Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course or monitor technician course.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of Acute care monitor technician experience.
Compensation
Pay Range: $15.62 - $23.41. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
