$23.00 - $25.00/Hour
Responsibilities
Perform facility‑related tasks in preventive and general building maintenance, carpentry, equipment construction, and courier duties.
Interpret and execute maintenance tasks such as rearranging equipment, basic electrical and plumbing maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Operate power saws, sanders, planes, routers, and drills to cut and size wood, using glue, nails, and adhesives for repairs or modifications.
Deliver items between company departments and outside establishments.
Receive items for delivery and provide information on recipients.
Under general supervision, perform custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Execute basic maintenance tasks and routine cleaning as required.
Assist with special events requiring beyond‑norm services.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Physical ability to lift, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb.
Capacity to perform essential duties while sitting, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, standing, and stooping.
