Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
