full‑time Journeyman Plumber
to go into our clients' businesses and commercial buildings to install and maintain plumbing, piping, and other equipment. You will work directly with the project manager, job superintendents, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting goals and key performance objectives (KPOs). Your typical schedule is based on project schedules with some overtime and weekends as needed. We pay a competitive wage of
$27-$37/hour . With
spiffs and bonuses , our Commercial Journeyman Plumber has an earning potential of
$60,000-$80,000/year ! We also offer

health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan . We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and

40 hours - start through year 3
80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
120 hours - 7th year through year 19
160 hours - 20th year+

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER
3+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
Valid plumbing license or equivalent experience
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Physical ability to climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments, work in small spaces, and regularly lift up to 75 lbs
Do you have great attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time? Are you driven to go above and beyond? Do you like troubleshooting and getting to the bottom of things?
