We are seeking a Volunteer Manager to lead all volunteer operations, including recruitment, training, and engagement, in a fast-paced, on-site lesson environment. This role manages a team and ensures volunteers are effectively deployed to support riding lessons and safely work with horses and riders.
Responsibilities
Oversee scheduling, tracking systems, documentation, and partner across teams.
Qualifications
3–5 years managing volunteers/teams, strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar) required.
Horse experience required.
Full-time, exempt. Howard Beach (Queens) + WFH. Must be on-site multiple days/week, including one weekend day.
