Valet Attendants welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival. Their primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations. This role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel guest services and knowledge of daily events.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate

Basic arithmetic skills

Fluency in English, verbally and non-verbally

Provide legible communication and directions

Clean driving record (no points on Driver's License)

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to stand for a long period of time

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow proper protocol

Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs and respond, however busy and whatever time of day

Escort arriving guests, provide basic hotel information and orientations to the guestrooms, and park and retrieve guest vehicles in an efficient and prompt manner

Pay Rate
Pay rate: $9.50/hour (base) with daily tips.
