
BMW Receptionist

In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients - creating a welcoming and professional experience both in person and over the phone. This full-time position includes Saturdays, with Sundays off and one weekday off on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and client check‑ins
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Support various departments with clerical duties
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
