Material Handler II (M-F Swing)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Material Handler II to manage the essential physical and administrative tasks across our supply chain, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of materials from receiving through final shipment. This position works a Swing Shift, typically Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment.
Check received goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
Package and prepare products for final shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges.
Review customer orders, examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
Lift heavy items and operate material handling equipment (Forklift preferred).
Required Skills & Experience
Reliable transportation is a must.
Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE trained – Forklift preferred).
Proficiency in Organization, Scheduling, Time Management, Inventory Control, and Safety Management.
Demonstrated abilities in Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline‑Oriented work, and Process Improvement.
Strong lifting capability and data entry skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Location and Hours
Location: Tualatin, OR
Work hours: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Swing Shift)
Dress Code
Shirts or t‑shirts must have sleeves and be without holes or rips. Pants without holes or rips. Closed‑steel‑toe footwear only. No profane or suggestive texts or images.
